You already know this but... Quid Pro Quo is the most blatant form of workplace sexual harassment. Simply put, it means “this for that.” Quid Pro Quo occurs when employment decisions such as hiring, promotions, salary increases, work assignments or performance evaluations are based on an employee’s willingness to grant or deny sexual favors.

Effective presentation skills are crucial in conveying ideas, results, and strategies compellingly and confidently within the workplace. Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Kids who are bullied - and who bully others - may have serious, lasting problems.

Additionally, many states and local jurisdictions have laws that offer extra protections against harassment and discrimination based on both perceived and actual sexual orientation.
