Designed for employees, staff, and team members to help you take a proactive approach in building and maintaining a respectful organizational culture. This course communicates the importance of legal compliance, adherence to company policies, and promotes a thriving and successful workplace.

It's the responsibility of every employee and coworker to foster a professional workplace by exhibiting proper behavior, adhering to company policies, and complying with the law. By the end of this course, you will be equipped to identify and appropriately address unprofessional, prohibited, and illegal conduct in the workplace before it escalates.

You'll want to make sure that everyone stays on the “right side of the line” and engages in appropriate, professional behavior so that we can thrive and prosper. Don’t permit anyone to cross the line and engage in inappropriate behavior.

Each one of us has a responsibility to take a proactive approach to building a respectful and harassment-free culture. This proactive approach starts with knowing which behaviors are considered unacceptable and includes taking appropriate action to deal with them if you’re in a situation where they occur.
